She swept five Grammy awards this year, the youngest artist to have ever won the album of the year, and big celebrities are some of her biggest fans – we’re talking about the fast-rising star Billie Eilish. With those accomplishments under her belt, anyone would think she is sure of herself all the time.

But as it turns out, even talented people have moments when they feel they aren’t good. Yes, she’s one of the most talented and sought-after performers of today but then again, Billie’s just a human and a young one at that, which means she’s no exception to the critics, especially the biggest one: herself.

The 18-year-old being chosen as this year’s performer for the In Memoriam segment of the Oscars was not shocking but it was rather expected because of how good she is with what she does. Billie gave her rendition of The Beatles’ Yesterday, which we can all agree was one of the greatest versions of the 1965 hit, but for the artist herself, the performance was trash.

Throngs of fans who raved about her moving act on social media would beg to disagree but hear Billie out first. Apparently, she was sick the entire ceremony and on top of that, the pressure of performing at THE Oscars made things worse.

Of course, the Bad Guy hitmaker knew some of the celebrities at the crowd and it is safe to say that most of the audience have heard Billie’s name at some point but still, the multi-award-winning singer got the jitters. By the way, it wasn’t normal for her to get nervous before singing in front of a crowd but this was different because it was the Academy Awards.

Well, it’s still refreshing to know that even the Ocean eyes singer, despite numerous accolades under her belt, still gets scared of the crowd. However, Billie may have to get used to performing in front of the best actors in the industry because the song No Time To Die, which she and brother Finneas O’Connell collaborated on, for the next James Bond film is already starting to raise serious Oscar nod rumors.

But Billie didn’t just sing the next theme song for the next spy movie, this also marks the 25th installation of James Bond and is the last one for Daniel Craig, which means it’s memorable. This opportunity has made the Lovely singer the youngest to have ever sung a theme song for the iconic action franchise.
